Each year 3 categories are chosen by the organizing committee. In the first awards program the categories were Arts, Education and Media. The second awards program included the categories of Business, Community work, and Humanitarian work.
This year the 3 Categories are:
EDUCATION
Secondary or tertiary education – teachers, researchers, administrators, regulators, etc
HEALTH
This could include doctors, nurses, healthcare workers, researchers, administrators, employers, technology developers, etc)
INNOVATION
This could include new designs, technologies, businesses, processes, research, entrepreneurs, etc
